Responsibilities
+ Read and understand specifications and drawing requirements.
+ Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation.
+ Allocate resources for assigned projects.
+ Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors.
+ Work closely with the project manager.
+ Interface with project inspectors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
+ Negotiate with subcontractors and material vendors to obtain the best pricing.
+ Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to plans and specifications.
