SUMMARY
Mortenson is currently seeking a Superintendent that will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and supervising assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft activities in a particular area of discipline, while developing and enhancing customer relationships through excellent service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and implement to ensure all materials, equipment, and inspections support the project schedule Review construction and contract documents for completeness and constructability Coordinate plans and specifications with design engineers, resolving discrepancies Develop and manage project schedules, including three and six-week look-ahead schedules Develop a site logistics plan and lead the utilization of Mortenson tools and equipment Collaborate with project partner superintendents Conduct on-site project orientations, pre-construction planning sessions, and project site...
