Job Description
Tekton Building Solutions Group (BSG) is seeking a high-energy, hands-on **Superintendent** to lead field operations for this self-perform business unit and be responsible for the execution of commercial interior improvements, tenant renovations, and specialty building systems among other scopes.
This role requires a versatile leader who can seamlessly pivot between the responsibilities of a **Self-Perform Leader** (directly recruiting, hiring and managing skilled internal craft towards established productivity crews) and **General Contractor Superintendent** (managing site logistics, overall safety, and specialty subcontractors) since the role Tekton serves is job dependent. This individual will be the primary driver of project execution, responsible for ensuring that Tekton projects are delivered with the craftsmanship and professionalism of a specialty trade contractor.
