The Superintendent will be responsible for:
Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure work is completed on schedule and in compliance with project plans.Develop and maintain the overall project schedule in coordination with the Project Manager.Lead daily/weekly subcontractor coordination meetings to communicate goals, address issues, and ensure alignment.Monitor manpower levels and adjust workforce planning as needed to maintain productivity.Ensure all subcontractors and personnel adhere to company safety programs, OSHA standards, and site-specific safety protocols.Verify material deliveries, manage inventory, and ensure proper storage and installation of materials.Perform routine quality checks to confirm workmanship meets project specifications and industry standards.Assist in coordinating equipment needs, logistics, and site access to optimize...
