Macmahon are currently seeking a Maintenance Superintendentto join the Tropicana Gold Mine team.  Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Superintendent will lead and coordinate all maintenance operations across our site. This role ensures the safe, efficient, and reliable functioning of equipment with the prime objective of ensuring that equipment availability targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure production targets are met, and plant availability is maintained
• Supervising day-to-day maintenance and project execution on site
