Superintendent

Reporting directly to the Senior Superintendent and/or Project manager, the Superintendent is responsible for the supervision of construction sites and for ensuring that site conditions comply with code and health and safety regulations. He/she implements all phases of the project with accurate and thorough documentation and performs all the tasks required to keep the project on track. The superintendent is responsible for ensuring quality and on-time delivery of projects, for maintaining ongoing communication with team members, for supervising all construction activities on site, and for promoting standards of best practice. The superintendent is the main point of contact on the site and is key to ensuring the successful and timely completion of the projects at hand.
