The Superintendent oversees daily jobsite operations for commercial construction projects. This role coordinates subcontractors, manages schedules, ensures safety compliance, and maintains quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, resolving field issues, communicating with project managers and stakeholders, and keeping the project on time and within scope. Strong leadership, construction knowledge, and the ability to read plans are essential.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1. 3+ years of Superintendent experience
2. Experience working on restaurant/retail or some sort of relevant experience
3. Restaurant/Retail Construction Experience
