The Superintending Officer’s Representative (SOR) is responsible for leading the delivery of critical infrastructure and building works within major airport development projects. This role is pivotal in managing complex civil engineering packages, ensuring works are executed in accordance with client expectations, statutory requirements, and project milestones.

The SOR provides end-to-end oversight of contract administration, construction, and stakeholder coordination, supported by a strong understanding of airport infrastructure, tunnelling methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
