Overview

Dawson Road Maintenance is looking for a Superintendent of Roads who demonstrates exceptional leadership skills, meticulous planning, and practical hands-on experience to consistently achieve company objectives. In this role you will be a valued member of Dawson Road Maintenance, working in a permanent, full-time position of Superintendent of Roads for our Carnaby/Hazelton and Stewart yards, reporting to the Manager of Operations. Your base location will be Carnaby/Hazelton, BC and will require some travel throughout our province.

• Supervise the activities of maintenance crews, sub-contractors and hired equipment.
• Identify work, prioritize, and plan to ensure efficient and effective services.
