Summary
:Cleveland Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent, with the flexibility to travel, to join our team to assist in planning, scheduling, and directing activities of subcontractors and workers. Primary goal is to ensure work conforms to specifications, adheres to schedules and coordinates site safety program following company safety manual.

These are longer-term, complex, and client focused projects so leaders/managers with strong communications skills and preferably backgrounds that include civil, retail, would be preferred -- most importantly would be your ability to execute on projects of similar scale. Experience with high-end commercial finishes and/or larger grocery/retail/fuel stations a plus. Commerical general contracting experience required.
