Job Summary
A Superintendent is responsible for the daily operations of a construction site from planning projects to overseeing their completion. Generally, tasks include scheduling work to proceed according to a strict schedule, monitoring subcontractor performance, and ensuring work corresponds with contract documents.
Primary Job Functions
The ability to perform remedial task using basic computer software like, scheduling, update reports, and email.Must have the ability to read, and interpret construction drawings to properly direct subcontractors to execution of work.Perform difficult and challenging construction and project management functions including planning, directing and budgeting for assigned projects.Perform construction and project management administration functions, handling a variety of actions and problems relating to assigned projects.
