We’re hiring an experienced Superintendent to join a leading commercial contractor delivering high-quality construction projects across Northern Virginia and the DC metro area .

This is a key site leadership role where you’ll take full ownership of projects on-site, driving schedule, quality, safety, and team performance from start to finish.

What you’ll do:

• Lead day-to-day site operations across commercial projects
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
• Ensure work is delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and inspectors
• Run site meetings and maintain project documentation
• Proactively resolve issues and drive productivity on-site
