Role: Superintendent Compensation: $105,000$165,000 Job Type: Full-Time Location: Bluffton, SC Company Details: The company is a premier commercial general contractor covering the southeast region and beyond. Project Summary: Wilmington projects include a vertical hospital expansion and a ground-up 3-story rehab hospital. Responsibilities: Lead a ground-up, 3-story rehab hospital project (90,000 SF). Manage project schedule, budget, safety, and quality compliance. Coordinate subcontractors and project team on-site. Maintain client and stakeholder communication. Requirements Experience managing healthcare construction projects preferred. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work on-site in Wilmington or nearby, with some travel possible.
