**About the Role**:
The Facilities Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and reliability of the site's critical infrastructure systems, including clean utilities, black utilities, HVAC, and building management systems. The role ensures that facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory standards. This position also plays a key role in supporting continuous improvement initiatives, capital project execution, safety, and sustainability programs, while being as the main point of contact for all facility-related services.
