The Head of Supermarket Operations oversees the end-to-end daily performance of the supermarket network, ensuring operational efficiency, strong financial results, and an exceptional customer experience. This role provides strategic leadership, drives store excellence, and ensures consistent execution of standards across all branches. It works closely with cross‑functional teams to optimize processes, elevate service quality, and achieve overall business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or any related field; MBA is an advantage.
  • Extensive experience in retail or supermarket operations, preferably in multi‑store leadership at a senior or executive level.
