Supermarket Trainee Manager – Dublin

Excel Recruitment are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Manager to join a busy supermarket in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in grocery retail with structured training and progression.

What’s on offer:

  • €15 per hour

  • 40 hrs a week

  • Additional premium rates for Sundays and Bank Holidays

    • Responsibilities:


  • Support store management in daily operations

  • Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation

  • Assist with staff supervision and team support

  • Learn stock control, merchandising, and compliance procedures

  • Work towards developing into a management role

    • Requirements:


  • Must hold Stamp 4 permission or an EU passport

  • Strong work ethics and willingness to learn
