Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing and mentoring a mid-size team of designers.
  • Managing heavy project volume while meeting established production timelines.
  • Working collaboratively with Client Services Managers, Leadership, Production and Sales teams.
  • Current working knowledge of both print and digital Art design.
  • Creative direction and constructive design critique.
  • Fluent understanding and usage of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Fluent understanding and usage of project management tools.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of color theory and relationships.
  • Knowledge of print production process, techniques, and correct file prepping procedure.
