Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Supervisor to oversee several substantial water infrastructure & pipeline projects across the mining and industrial sectors in regional Western Australia. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring construction plans are executed with precision, efficiency, and in strict alignment with all safety, productivity, and quality standards.

The Civil Supervisor will manage and control construction activities to ensure they are completed to design, on schedule, and within budget. You will enforce and maintain rigorous safety and quality standards on site, serving as a key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to drive performance and meet stakeholder expectations. A core part of the role is overseeing resource allocation to ensure optimal utilisation, as well as monitoring progress closely, identifying, reporting, and resolving issues promptly to avoid delays/cost overruns.
