Overview

RC Construction WA Pty Ltd is a growing, family run civil contracting company servicing the civil infrastructure, Defence, water, mining and resources sectors, with a strong focus on work life balance and a range of ongoing projects across Western Australia.

In this role you will assist with project delivery by providing a mix of day-to-day site supervision and managing your team. FIFO Civil supervisor opportunity; 2:1 roster from Perth; Crew of 15-20 personnel.

Responsibilities

• Set up sites and completions
• Schedule and Coordinate daily site works
• Lead a safe operational culture; coordinate employee and subcontractor tasks and capture work hours
• Liaise closely with the Project Manager and senior project engineers to ensure projects run to schedule
• Champion compliance with HSEQ requirements
