Demolition Supervisor - Immediate Start
PCR are seeking an experienced Demolition Supervisor to start Wednesday 21st January on a project involving the demolition of two buildings.
The works will be delivered in two phases:
- Phase 1: 4 weeks
- Phase 2: 6 weeks
The contract duration is 10 weeks, with a strong possibility of extension for the right candidate.
Role Responsibilities
- Supervise demolition works on site ensuring safe and efficient delivery
- Manage operatives and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations
- Coordinate works in line with programme and method statements
- Liaise with site management and client representatives
- Maintain site records and daily reports
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate must have:
- Proven experience as a Demolition Supervisor
- Valid SSSTS or SMSTS
