Supervisor - BOM

Position: Supervisor - BOM Education: Diploma or Any Graduate Preferrable Experience : 2 to 3 years Software Skills: ERP, Tally, Stem, Wings, CRM, IMOS, COOHOM, Decohub and M.S Office. Preferred Languages: English and Hindi. Desirable Languages: Kannada, Telugu and Tamil 1) Accuracy in preparing BOM on daily basis. 2) Ensured that all components listed in the BOMs met quality standards and regulatory requirements. 3) Preparation of Material request on daily basis requirement. 4) Daily site installation snag work material segregation. 5) Checking & issuing of required material for daily site installation. 6) Daily wise return material segregation 7) Create delivery notes daily for all outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in product details, quantities, and recipient information. 8) Maintain accurate records of bin locations within the ERP system, ensuring alignment with physical warehouse layout. 9) Daily wise manufacturing entry after complete the door assemble. 10) Perform daily physical checks of stock PROFILE to verify quantities and conditions 11) Collaborated with other departments as needed to ensure smooth data flow and resolve discrepancies. 12) Keep team head informed about project updates, changes in procedures, and production developments. 13) Monitor and manage the stock levels of consumable items to ensure availability and prevent shortages. 14) Coordinate and Conducting training with PAN India BOM executives regarding salvation of ERP issues and queries addressed by individuals. 15) Perform regular checks on WIP stock items to verify quantities, conditions, and stages of production for Bangalore and other regions 16) Extract Day wise, Weekly wise and Monthly WIP,FG, SFG, BIN and Scrap Customer Wise Detailed Report physically and systematically. 17) Strong understanding of BOM structures, multi-level BOMs, and their role in manufacturing 18) Experience with ERP for BOM data management 19) Understanding of raw materials, components, and manufacturing processes. 20) Ability to handle and maintain BOM accuracy. 21) Strong focus on minimizing errors in material codes, part numbers, and quantities. 22) Should be flexible to works in rotation shifts upon managers instruction. 23) Adhering to the KRA & KPI and acting on time to time basis upgrades and tasks as assigned by the reporting managers. Position: Installation Trainer & R and D Engg. Software Skills: AutoCAD 2d & 3d and MS Office Languages to be known: English, Kannada, Hindi, Telugu and Tamil Job Description: 1) Technical Incharge 2) R & D Work and Analysis of any newly arrived components from new consignment and old consignment if any. 3) Installation Training for site installation teams. 4) Coordinate With Installation Team and Sales Team for the rectification of the site issues and coordinating with the production team for further actions. 5) Daily Updates on the work completion and train the new teams for further process and implementation of new teams. 6) Monitoring the teams work efficiency on daily basis for the better installation process. 7) Pan India installation training and reports preparation
