Supervisor Clinical Informatics

The Supervisor Clinical Informatics (Letter Configuration) is responsible for managing the setup and maintenance of all member and provider correspondence templates. This role ensures that communication templates align with regulatory guidelines, organizational policies, and operational timelines. The Letter Configuration Supervisor leads a team dedicated to the precise configuration and timely delivery of correspondence.

**Work Arrangement:** Fully Remote with occasional extended hours may be necessary during high-volume periods, special projects or time sensitive matters.
