Role Overview

The Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the jewellery showroom. The role involves overseeing sales activities, guiding staff, managing customer interactions, maintaining store standards, and supporting operational procedures. The Supervisor must demonstrate strong leadership skills, product knowledge, and the ability to deliver high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily showroom operations to ensure a smooth and organized workflow.

  • Support the sales team in achieving individual and collective sales targets.

  • Guide and supervise showroom staff, allocate responsibilities, and track performance.

  • Handle customer queries, assist with product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain showroom cleanliness, display arrangements, and visual merchandising standards.

  • Oversee stock levels, assist with inventory checks, and coordinate with stores for replenishment.

  • Ensure strict compliance with showroom security, safety protocols, and operational policies.

  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.

  • Prepare daily reports, sales updates, and share operational insights with management.

  • Assist the Manager in staff training, customer engagement strategies, and showroom improvements.

  • Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, preferably in jewellery or luxury products.

  • Strong exposure to customer service and sales operations.

  • Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong sales orientation and customer-handling skills.

  • Ability to supervise and motivate staff effectively.

  • Good understanding of jewellery products, certifications, and purity levels (added advantage).

  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and billing systems.

  • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
