Location: This position will be onsite at our Prairie du Chien distribution center.

Position Summary:

The Customization Supervisor leads and develops a team of approximately 10 customization operators, overseeing daily embroidery and engraving operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery. This role is responsible for workforce planning, coaching, performance management, and continuous process improvement while fostering a positive, high-accountability work environment. This position will be require the candidate to be on site at the Prairie Du Chien, Wisconsin Distribution Center.
