Supervisor de Compras

**Your Role (i.e. Key Job Responsibilities)**:
- Accomplish SCM objectives by supervising staff and organizing/monitoring work processes.
- Align Raw Material supply base strategy to take advantage of market trend to improve costs.
- Support global programs, strategies and initiatives
- Lead Category Buyer team by allocating resources to ensure metrics and targets are met.
- Provide support to Category Buyers in supplier negotiations when needed.
- Represent Category Buyer in top management meetings to align corporate strategies and assign objectives.
- Support in the coaching and development of category buyers.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures are being followed.
**Your Required Background (i.e. Must Haves)**:
- Ability to understand value streams, cost drivers and how to break down cost Structures.
