**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the construction of prefabricated homes in our new 3000-square-meter factory.
- Oversee a team of skilled workers to ensure that all work is completed to our high standards.
- Train new skilled and unskilled workers
- Evaluate the performance of employees involved in the production process
- Collaborate with our design, engineering and management teams to help improve our homes and the way we build them.
