General Description

The Operations manager will be responsible for ensuring the correct execution and quality of Destination Services, Immigration, Temporary Accommodation, and complementary solutions for Argentina and, progressively, other countries in the region, working closely with specialized teams in each area.

This role oversees daily operational coordination, case follow-up, local and regional team support, supplier interaction, and continuous process improvement. The main objective is to guarantee an efficient, standardized operation with high levels of client satisfaction.
