Coordinates all activities necessary to fulfill the production schedule by line per shift, taking care about product quality requirements as per control plan.
- Manufactures products by supervising staff; organizing and monitoring work flow
Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries
- Define training needs for the manufacturing personnel of assigned production line to achieve and maintain necessary competence, knowledge, discipline and skill levels
- Ensure that procedures and instructions are followed by manufacturing personnel, including safety and environmental guidelines
