Salary Range: $83,000 - $133,000/annum, range is variable and dependent on overtime worked and production bonus paid

Job Summary

The primary role of the Shift Supervisor is to supervise a mining crew on a day-to-day basis and ensure that the tasks assigned by the Site Superintendent are completed as per instructions. The Shift Boss directs and coordinates the activities and tasks of the work crew, ensuring that all necessary resources are available, and that each member of the crew is working safely.
