Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Supervisor with experience in document digitization and scanning operations to lead daily digitization activities and support project-based site work. This role suits someone familiar with scanning workflows, digital filing systems, and supervising small operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily document scanning, digitization, and indexing activities.
- Ensure documents are scanned, named, tagged, and stored correctly in digital systems.
- Monitor quality, accuracy, and completeness of digitized records.
- Guide and support scanning operators / clerks on-site.
- Coordinate digitization projects with internal teams and clients.
- Perform site visits and project support when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security of all records.
