Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Supervisor with experience in document digitization and scanning operations to lead daily digitization activities and support project-based site work. This role suits someone familiar with scanning workflows, digital filing systems, and supervising small operational teams.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily document scanning, digitization, and indexing activities.
  • Ensure documents are scanned, named, tagged, and stored correctly in digital systems.
  • Monitor quality, accuracy, and completeness of digitized records.
  • Guide and support scanning operators / clerks on-site.
  • Coordinate digitization projects with internal teams and clients.
  • Perform site visits and project support when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security of all records.
