Supervisor, Distribution Centre (Evening) - Dollarama

Reporting to the Distribution Manager , the Supervisor supports daily operations of the central aisle and distribution team, optimizes resources and processes, and maintains a safe, positive work environment.

About the role: Distribution Centre Supervisor (Evening)

You will evaluate operational productivity of floor clerks, dispatchers, pallet sorters and team leaders, implementing action plans to address any discrepancies in planning and execution.

In this role, you’ll also promote occupational health & safety standards, coach and develop your team, ensure FIFO compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
