Job Description
The Supervisor, Elite supervises the daily activities for the associated verticals and is responsible for enforcing Company and departmental policies including, but not limited to, customer SOP's, cost control, service compliance, and operational efficiencies all while encouraging departmental and company budget attainment. This position takes an active role in training, coaching, motivating, and developing the Logistics Coordinators. The Supervisor, Elite is also responsible for continuous improvement activities while promoting and developing a positive work culture.
Responsibilities
* Mentor newly acquired employees and direct reports.
* Provide Comdata authorization for fuel advances on pro, lumpers, etc.
* Ensure Logistics Specialists are available on the phones for both customer representation and pro fulfillment calls.
* Manage all customer shipments assigned to their respected business unit.
* Facilitate inner-departmental communication...
