POSITION SUMMARY:

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the coordination, supervision, and direction of all maintenance activities within the assigned areas of responsibilities.



The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor ensures that efficient daily operations are carried out according to established departmental policies and procedures. The Supervisor provides support to the facilities staff through training, supervision, and effective communication. The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor ensures that adequate resources are available and that the equipment operates safely. This position is also responsible for inspections and preventive maintenance activities within the assigned areas.
