Managing the on-going contract delivery in accordance with scope of works,adherence and ensure team adhere to all Health and Safety regulations/ policiesContract specific documentation which is contract management, PPM schedule and health and safety documents,Ensure CAFM systems are updated by the teams and verify regular the quality of the jobs done by the teams and analyse the performance of the asset,Have a continuous improvement plan in place.To ensure team delivers and understand the KPI and Service Level Agreement agreed with the client.Evaluate the risk on site and ensure training provided to the team members on the same.Have a training plan in place and ensure 100% implementation.The role will be expected to work with the Assistant Facility Manager to develop strong Customer relationships; to achieve contract organic growth, improved customer satisfaction, sustainab...
