Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Field Technician Supervisor will be responsible for managing various processes within their markets providing leadership, strategic direction, and effective coordination in order to ensure site profitability and customer satisfaction. This position will also monitor quality, training and day-to-day operations to meet established criteria and quality assurance goals ensuring operational plans are aligned with business objectives.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSBILITIES:
· Generally supervises between 15 and 18 technicians.
OTHER DUTIES
· Assists with advanced and difficult jobs including providing fall protection assistance.
· Performs general clerical work such as filing, copying, mailing, etc.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Exempt Working Conditions
The role involves a mix of office-based duties, field supervision, and hands-on technical work. The supervisor must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow. This position often requires standing, walking, climbing ladders, and working at heights. The role may also involve lifting and moving equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Travel between job sites is frequent, and a valid driver's license is required. The employee must adhere to all safety regulations and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed. Work may include occasional evenings or weekends to support operational needs, emergencies, or training. Pay Range: $46,464-$73,105
Benefits:
0-1 year - 96 hours prorated in year hired
Jan. 1 after year hired - 96 hours
Jan. 1 after 1st anniversary - 96 hours
Jan. 1 after 3rd anniversary - 136 hours (40 hours prorated based on hire date)
Jan. 1 after 5th anniversary - 176 hours (40 hours prorated based on hire date)
