McDonalds has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, Financial Systems RTR (FCC, Workiva, & EDM). This role supports the execution and optimization of Record-to-Report (RTR) systems including Financial Consolidation & Close (FCC), Workiva, and Enterprise Data Management (EDM). The Supervisor works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure system configurations meet business needs, supports testing and deployment activities, and contributes to continuous improvement efforts. This position reports to the Manager, Financial Systems RTR (FCC, Workiva, & EDM) and plays a key role in enabling accurate and efficient financial reporting processes.
The candidate is expected to reside in Hyderabad, India.?
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of system enhancements and updates across FCC, Workiva, and EDM platforms.
- Assist in gathering and documenting technical and functional requirements for RTR processes.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and configuration efforts to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve system issues and provide guidance on platform usage.
- Maintain documentation and support materials for RTR system users.
- Monitor data accuracy and system performance across RTR platforms.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on financial reporting and data management.
- Provide day-to-day support for RTR systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and compliance requirements.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Certifications in FCC, Workiva, EDM, or related finance systems are a plus
- Minimum of 24 years of experience in finance systems or financial reporting operations
- English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4)
- Working knowledge of RTR processes and financial consolidation tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Effective communicator with ability to support diverse user groups
- Experience supporting system testing, documentation, and deployment
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and escalate issues appropriately
