Position Summary

Reporting to the Hatchery Manager the Hatchery Production Supervisor is accountable to manage the hatchery operations. This position coordinates with various departments within the Hatchery to ensure deliveries run efficiently and commitments to customers are met. The position in coordination with the Quality Assurance Manager will operate the hatchery in the Managers absence.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in the implementation of HACCP and Safety programs to ensure compliance with safety regulations to minimize industrial injuries and meet regulatory requirements for all union/non-union employees.
