Job Description

 Accountabilities:

  • Gain good understanding of the business to be able to monitor and evaluate accuracy of work, identify opportunities to develop people, improve processes and drive results

  • Manage day-to-day operations including queue and staffing management to ensure overall department operations meet service level objectives and metrics i.e., Productivity, Efficiency, and Quality. 

  • Proactive and highly motivated with strong performance management skills to ensure employees meet production, accuracy, and efficiency requirements to meet SLAs.

  • Drive key initiatives to facilitate team process improvement and efficiency as well as partner with Leadership to implement critical actions

  • Manage and facilitate the corrective action process, partnering with the Manager
