Position Purpose

The Position is overall responsible to support Instrumentation system installations and maintenance.


Strategic Responsibilities

  • Maintenance
  • Preventive maintenance & changeover of packing line equipment’s.
  • Preventive and breakdown maintenance of formulation, packing line & Utility.
  • Calibrations and interlock verifications as per schedule.
  • HSE compliances as per designs.
  • Operational Responsibilities

  • Maintenance
  • Preventive maintenance & changeover of packing line equipment’s.
  • Preventive and breakdown maintenance of formulation, packing line & Utility.
  • Calibrations and interlock verifications as per schedule.
  • HSE compliances as per designs.
  • System management related to plant maintenance Maintain ISO systems Maintain systems, guidelines, procedures and formats as per need Ensure record keeping and its utilization for improvements. Operational Excellence
  • Meeting Statutory and organizational requirements Legal requirements related to weighs and measure Customer requirements and guidelines
  • Equipment selections and specification changes related to instruments and software
  • Inventory management related to instrumentation
  • Preparation of various reports and analysis 
  • Perform analysis of data and implement action plan evaluated from cause analysis
  • Ensure safe practices in the function and people
  • Financial Responsibilities

    Education Qualification


    Diploma in Instrument Engineering


    Work Experience


    04 – 07 years


    Industry to be Hired from


    Chemical processed based industry like Agrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Fine / Specialty Chemicals


    Functional Competencies


  • Knowledge of handling instruments
  • Ability to handle day to day maintenance and installation of all type of field instruments
  • Proficiency in PLC/DCS installation and logic building, experience in YOKOGAWA DCS operation is preferred
  • Ability to solve technical issues
  • Good Technical knowledge of own as well as related fields
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Interaction Complexity and Team Work
