About Lush spa Cardiff
We are on track to end this financial year on 3.2m and a 30% retail margin, placing us 3rd in the UK&I for profit. Last December we ranked 5th for sales globally and came 2nd in the UK&I for spa sales.
If you are business focused and have a passion for numbers, we want to work with you to develop those skills.
Building the spa and shop floor party business is an important part of our role and it's a collaborative effort.
We're looking for a  supervisor who can help us build on our recent successes and support the team in reaching our goals.
We are day makers for our customers and as members of the management team, we want to be day makers for our team too.
