Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site
  • Enforce safety and compliance protocols
  • Inspect work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and standards
  • Resolve conflicts and problems that may arise during construction
  • Maintain detailed and accurate site records, including daily logs, incident reports, and inspection documents
  • Communicate regularly with the project manager regarding progress, issues, and updates
  • Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and used.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to construction Site Team.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or Foreman.
  • Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and safety regulations
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
