Position: Shift Supervisor

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Supervisor will be responsible for handling over all plant activities like, Manpower management, Schedule work, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure on-time completion and quality. Capable to understand drawings & trouble shoot in machining problems. Should have leadership qualities and possess good communication skills. Manage personnel: performance reviews. Train new employees on proper tool usage, maintenance, and safety procedures. Ensure safety: Enforce company safety standards and procedures

Experience and Education Requirements :

Minimum 8 years’ experience with 2-3 years in supervisory role. Knowledge in Grinding, Milling, Sink EDM & Wire EDM machining.

Qualification: Diploma / ITI
