Job Description
- Direct and manage the work of cleaning personnel in various settings like hotels, hospitals, schools, colleges, and other organizations.
- Assign cleaning duties to staff, evaluate performance, and train new employees on policies, procedures, and the operation of cleaning equipment.
- Handle housekeeping-related complaints and customer service concerns, resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain inventory records for cleaning supplies and equipment; may manage the purchasing of materials and equipment maintenance services.
- Track room check-out and check-in schedules to efficiently assign cleaning tasks.
- Ensure the housekeeping team meets cleanliness standards and operational requirements.
