Job Responsibilities

• Ensure drivers operate according to the daily schedule and company SOP.
• Oversee and supervise all bus drivers to ensure discipline, punctuality, and good work performance.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient transport services.
• Resolve operational issues and provide guidance to drivers when necessary.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports related to driver performance and bus operations.
• Coordinate with management for route planning, scheduling, and manpower arrangement.
• Maintain a positive working environment and support driver welfare.

Requirements

• Preferably with previous experience in transportation, logistics, or supervisor‑related roles.
