UPMC Molecular and Genomic Pathology Laboratory (MGP) is currently seeking a Laboratory Supervisor - Client Services & Specimen Processing to provide experienced leadership in a fast-paced clinical molecular testing environment. This role combines operational and technical oversight of specimen processing with a strong focus on client service excellence. The Supervisor will lead and support the specimen processing team, optimize workflows, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, and serve as the primary liaison for client inquiries, contracts, and billing resolution. This Monday-Friday, daylight position offers an opportunity to play a key role in supporting seamless laboratory operations and exceptional service delivery.
