Supervisor Logistic (f/m/d)

To support our warehouse teams we are searching for a Supervisor (m/f/d) to be based in our warehouse in Schkeuditz (Airport Leipzig / Halle).

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Technical leadership responsibility of a returns team

  • Ensuring the smooth running of logistics processes as well as their coordination and monitoring

  • Active participation in logistics projects and continuous optimization of work and process flows

  • Ensuring day-to-day business in compliance with defined KPI’s and service levels

  • Organization of employee onboardings and continuous monitoring of the training status

  • General support of the Division Manager as well as conducting shift meetings, team meetings and feedback sessions

  • Responsibility for the workplaces (safety, cleanliness, functioning of work equipment and orderliness)

    • WHO YOU ARE:

  • Completed education, preferably in the field of logistics, trade or comparable desirable

  • two years of experience in managing employees is an advantage

  • good knowledge of German and English

  • Assertiveness, communication skills and diplomatic skills

  • independent working style, high sense of responsibility and organizational skills

  • Good PC skills (MS Office) and experience in working with ERP systems

  • Willingness to work shifts and Saturdays
