**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Responsible for foreman supervision duties for hourly maintenance millwrights, electronics repair technicians, and Construction Specialists across the entire facility. Includes working with union contract requirements when dealing with hourly employees.
+ Provides safety leadership and support.
