- Implement inventory controls and cycle counts.
- Define inventory policies in supermarkets (min and max).
- Deliver components to assembly line JIS/JIT.
- Create work instructions for kitting process.
- Analyse discrepancies report, create a root cause analysis and develop action plan.
- Design tugger routes to deliver components.
