About the role

Join our team as a Supervisor MEM where youll lead a team of Maintenance Tradespersons in executing maintenance activities while ensuring consistent application of asset management processes.

In this role youll play a crucial role in maintaining the reliability and safety of our assets as well as manage and supervise trade employees in maintenance activities ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Youll allocate maintenance coverage for breakdowns and resolve on-the-job issues related to planned maintenance activities and shutdowns.

Additionally youll monitor working practices and adherence to safety procedures to ensure the safety of employees working in the area.
