Supervisor

As a Floor Supervisor at Roka, you’ll inspire the team
to deliver exceptional service, uphold high standards, and ensure every guest

ROKA is a collection of contemporary Japanese
Robatayaki restaurants. Roka Mykonos offers diners a seasonal, sun-soaked
escape, where vibrant dishes, inventive cocktails, and live DJs set the scene
for unforgettable summer days and nights. ROKA embodies the spirit of coming
together and sharing a collective dining experience, (RO) symbolises the
atmosphere and (KA), the heat of fire from the Robata.

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead
  and support the floor team, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  operations


• Demonstrate
  deep menu knowledge and ensure the team delivers accurate, exceptional
  service


• Address
  guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to enhance the dining
  experience


• Train
  and mentor team members, helping them develop their skills and maintain
  high standards


• Oversee
  cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations throughout
  service


• Coordinate
  with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and service
  flow
